Recipes

Tortilla Style Tuna Wraps makes 6-8 wraps.

Drain 1 can water packed tuna, mix with 1/4 c. of chopped tomato, some chopped dill pickle, onion, and celery.

Add 1 chopped hard-boiled egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 c. Ranch nonfat salad dressing or nonfat sour cream mix.

Using 1 large Romaine lettuce leaf as the “tortilla” spread 1-2 tbsp. tuna mixture down its middle.

Wrap tuna inside and secure with red or green holiday toothpick and refrigerate.
